How tie-out is scored

Each practice is ranked by a tie-out exposure score = Σ over the 6 metrics of a band weight, with the dollar gap as the magnitude multiplier:

action band (>5%) = 3pts · watch (2–5%) = 1pt · clean/minor = 0, then × (1 + |production $ gap| / $50k) so a 6% drift on a $500k practice outranks a 6% drift on a $40k practice.
